We're on a mission to redefine the aging experience

Hiring Kendall was the best decision we made during an incredibly overwhelming and stressful time. When our dad suddenly became unwell, along with pre-existing Alzheimer's Disease, we were faced with finding immediate permanent aged care straight from hospital. With emotions running high and so many balls in the air, we had no idea where to start.

From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. Kendall was approachable, kind, compassionate and reassuring, and it was immediately apparent she cared deeply about her work, and finding the right fit for her clients. Kendall took a genuine interest in our family, taking the time to listen and understand what we hoped to find for dad.

Her professionalism and extensive experience in the aged care sector proved invaluable, navigating us through a complex system and all of the considerations, such as availability, cost, fees, care levels, and location. After doing all of the groundwork to find suitable options, she organised tours, was available whenever we called with questions, assisted with contracts, and liaised with the care facilities on our behalf. This saved us so much time and stress, which most importantly, meant we could be more present to emotionally support our dad through a huge and confusing transition.

Kendall continues to check in with all of us since dad's placement, and we are beyond grateful for her assistance and support.

We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking guidance in finding the right aged care placement for their loved ones.

Thanks so much Kendall. You're the best!

Robyn and Sue Stewart

We engaged Kendall to assist us with my parents move into aged care, and to be honest, I doubt we would have managed all the complexities without her.

Kendall was caring and compassionate, and immediately created a bond with my parents, which was very reassuring. It was obvious that Kendall's previous experience in aged care allowed her to effortlessly aid my parent's move. Her knowledge of the different facilities and the requirements for entering them made to whole process very reassuring.

Kendall facilitated visits to 3 different residential aged care facilities. Showing us a wide variety to allow my parents to see what their options were. Her understanding of the requirements and policies made it flow a lot easier.   My mother required an assessment to go into full time care.

My parents had selected a facility and had their hearts set on a particular room, which was available.   But were just waiting on the assessment for my mother. Without Kendall's constant interactions with the government agency that had to complete that assessment, we would have had to wait weeks.

As a result of Kendall's assistance, they were able to get the assessment done quickly and secure the room they really wanted to move into. Kendall liaised with the facility after my parents had moved in to ensure the paperwork was completed and that any needs were being looked after. Kendall shows genuine warmth and honesty in her interactions, and it is obvious that her passion to help people underpins her motivation to do this work.

For any person who is moving into an aged care facility, or whose parents are moving into an aged care facility, I would highly recommend engaging with Kendall to ensure that the move is done seamlessly and with as little stress as possible, during what can be a highly challenging transition.

Our family would have been lost without her.

While the Australian Government may contribute to the cost of your care, you will also be asked to contribute if you can afford to.
